Kay Cossington is The FA National Project
Manager for Women’s football and Head
Coach of the England U15 side. Before
joining The FA, Kay played for West Ham
United Ladies FC, and aged 19 went
on to manage the senior team for nine
years. After leading the Hammers’ to the
Southern National Division Championship
and two Cup finals, Cossington moved to
Millwall Lionesses, as first team coach.
As part of her role Cossington was also
responsible for the Centre of Excellence
and Millwall Girls Academy.
